s
Coahuila

Home to the oldest winery in the Americas, this historic region combines tradition with modern techniques and is especially known for quality reds and sparkling wines.

Mexico’s main sparkling wine region. Its high-altitude vineyards and cooler climate make it ideal for traditional-method sparkling wines and crisp whites.

s
Guanajuato

A fast-growing region producing boutique wines, balancing tradition and modern enology with an emerging reputation for quality.

s
Aguascalientes, Zacatecas & San Luis Potosí

Emerging regions experimenting with altitude, arid climates, and sustainable viticulture, bringing new diversity to Mexican wine styles.

Our Terroir

A fresh spirit rooted in history,
kept alive on our land.

Mexico’s wine terroir is defined by high-altitude vineyards, intense sunlight, volcanic and limestone soils, and dramatic temperature shifts between day and night. Warm, dry climates are balanced by cool Pacific Ocean breezes in Baja California and mountain influences in the central and northern regions, allowing grapes to ripen fully while preserving freshness and acidity. Low rainfall encourages low disease pressure and deep root systems, while varied soils—from sandy loam to rocky, mineral-rich terrain—give Mexican wines their distinctive structure, bold fruit expression, and a strong sense of place.
